Melissa Torrance is a Program Manager with Inner Power International, where she is responsible for the end-to-end program coordination and delivery, ensuring consistent quality and superior service to our clients and program participants. This includes developing and maintaining strong and trustworthy relationships with all parties involved before, during, and after each program.

With over 10 years of Program Management experience in Executive Education, Melissa excels at quickly establishing reliability and trust with clients. She has brought a proven, human-centered, customer-focused approach to engaging clients across a wide variety of industries with clients such as American Express, Babcock & Wilcox, Walmart, Raytheon, and Amway. 

Prior to joining Inner Power International, in her work with Executive Education engagements at the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, she successfully created and helped to implement all aspects of a program impact phase, including the measurement strategy, and helped to design, facilitate, and monitor follow-up activities. While at Thunderbird, Melissa was the primary relationship manager for The American Express Leadership Program, which focused on emerging leaders in the social sector. She received the program’s highest evaluation scores ever awarded, earning 5 out of 5 in all aspects of program management. 

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Human Communication from Arizona State University, with concentrations in Organizational, Interpersonal, and Intercultural communication. In addition, she has earned Certificates in Global Marketing and in Communicating and Negotiating. She lives in Texas with her husband, three children, and dog, Charlie Brown.
